Where people chased after only what pays?

Remember when the dollar was a the only currency?
People worked 9-5's to mask their insecurity?

Remember the days when gay people were not allowed to be
The days they didn't understand we are all just energy

Remember the days when the corporate ladder existed ?
The days dreamers and innovators were black listed

Remember the days the new world order was still in office?
Those days I just like to reminisce.

Remember the day capitalism crumbled?
The earth stood still everyone was humbled.
