Pay Attention To Your Nightmares

I have seen wars in this place
I have heard and seen darkness when face to face

With you own fear
Coming in a dream state, oh dear!

We either run away or send this fear love
Because in these dreams there are no below or above

Just fear of what we have yet to learn from
I cannot just run

I must look the fear in the eye
Send it love it's do or die

I pay attention to my nightmares
I face it on over there

My nightmares shake me up it's simply not fair
To see the same demon over and a again

But realizing that there is no end
To the madness we choose to create in our mind

I send peace love and light to my fears gradually over time
I face them because I've held on to them so they are mind

I have to deal with it, there is no other way
Pay attention to what your nightmares say
And send it peace light and love until it goes away
